Good communication and documentation skills (both written and oral).

Dear Freelancer,

We are currently searching for a Windows/Linux Consultant to work in The Hague, The Netherlands for 4 months plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client. We are looking for someone to start in the beginning of August.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

* Role is to:

o Manage daily activities for some of our applications

o Troubleshoot/resolve incidents

o Configure Managed file transfers

o Transfer knowledge to the rest of the team

* Knowledge/experience profile:

o Microsoft Windows 2008

o Linux Redhat 5.4-5.7

o Executed role of application specialist (executing routine checks/operations for applications) for at least 3 years

o Managed File Transfer (preferably Tibco Managed File Transfer 7)

* The person will talk to clients, therefore the following is important:

o Experience in talking to customers (helpdesk)

o Fluent in Dutch and English [both Written and Verbal]

o Work effectively in teams with mixed experience and nationalities

* Flexible working attitude [due to changes & incidents over work may be required]
