Currently seeking a hands on developer with leadership experience: a development player-coach who has experience meeting deadlines, the know-how to manage development projects and the ability to lead a team from good to great. Our "toolsbased" approach to development will give you the chance to do great things, while providing an easy to tailor product for our customer base. Ideal person will be willing to spend time being hands-on with the code, while working with others to set priorities and manage team resources.

ERP systems experience and managing projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership to the development team as you design, code, maintain and enhance software. Great opportunity for someone without lead experience, and looking for the opportunity.
Work with Product Teams and others to develop priorities for fixes, changes and enhancements.
Help prepare achievable timetables and test plans for development projects.
Languages: C, C++, PHP, Scripting (knowledge of other languages a plus)
Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, Mac
Relational Databases: MySQL
Web Technologies: HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Apache
User Interface: Qt, Wt
Advocate for Open Source Technologies
Excellent analytical skills including the ability to work with unstructured information.
Must be able to handle complex problems independently, and evaluate alternative approaches to problem solving.
Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns, with the ability to demonstrate solutions.
Good technical writing and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written communication skills.
Abstract thinker that is non-rules compliant, but successful working with a team.
Manage complex projects with minimal supervision within an Agile framework
BS Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Successful leadership of a development team with on-time, on-budget delivery of products that exceeded expectations
Experience in development using object-oriented programming languages, practices, and principles as listed above.
