Prestigious Enterprise Institution is currently seeking an Apache Web Administrator on Linux. Candidate will be responsible for managing the central web service, environment consists of over numerous websites hosted on Apache, as well as some IIS and Plone.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
5+ years experience working as an Apache administrator in a UNIX/Linux environment, preferably in a production support role.
3+ years experience with Solaris and/or Linux system administration.
Extensive Shell script programming skills (Bourne Shell desired).
Experience in CGI programming (PHP and/or Perl preferred).
Experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Web Servers for high availability.
Experience with configuration management and change control processes in an ITIL environment.
Demonstrated ability installing and managing secure certificates.
Experience integrating Websites to databases (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL preferred).
Experience supporting Microsoft IIS preferred.
Experience with PowerShell desired.
Working knowledge of Plone a plus.
Employment Type: Permanent
Pay: $80,000 to $90,000 USD
Pay Period: Annual
