Linux Kernel Developer - C, C++, Kernel and User space
I am currently looking for a Linux Kernel Developer for an exciting role in Dublin!
Duration: 10 Months
Previous Experience: 3-5 experience
Skills:
Experience domains: Software Development, Software Testing
Operating systems: Linux
Programming languages:
- C, C++ (Expert). Kernel and User space
- Linux Kernel development (essential), Kernel Modules, Linux device drivers, Linux I/O Stack, Networking. Linux Kernel instrumentation
- Systems Scripting (bash, python), System Administration and management (Experienced)
- X86/X86_64 Architecture/Assembler (Acquainted)
APIs and technologies:
- Experience with Multithreading, Multi Core, Parallelism
Virtualisation, (KVM ), storage technologies (SCSI, iSCSI, SAN, NAS) and their relation to the linux Kernel
- VT-x/EPT, AMD-V/RVI (nice to have)
- Excellent knowledge of OS Kernel Internals, including memory management, resource management, and interrupt architecture
