Automotive and Open Source Operating Systems (Linux, MeeGo, Android, QNX), Automotive SW frameworks (AutoSAR, GENIVI) Vehicle Networks (CAN, MOST, Ethernet including AVB), Connectivity (Internet, CE Devices, WiFi/Bluetooth/2G/3G, PIM) Multimedia frameworks (CODECS, DRM, Apple Interface) Broadcast Receivers (AM/FM, SDARS, DAB/DMB+, TMC), Audio & Video Routing Voice Recognition & Speech interfaces HMI Technologies (Qt/QML, Rhapsody, HTML5) Browser technologies (eg Webkit) Navigation systems, GPS, Position and Location, ADAS Vehicle Power and lifecycle management (including System Resource Mgmt, Platform State Management, System Health Monitoring) Vehicle Diagnostic protocols (OBDii), System and platform security (including virtualization, application sandboxing),Software download and update (FOTA), Linux Kernel and driver architecture and development Relevant University Degree (BSc, MSc, Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Inf.) or equivalent qualification At least 8 years experience in Automotive System Architecture Significant track record of relevant projects working with multiple automotive OEMs and Tier 1's Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in large-scale multi-site projects Experience in major IVI platform development and integration Proven ability to solve complex problems in a structured and analytical manner Highly motivated to deliver quality solutions to tight deadlines Confidence in client presentations, from technical up to senior management levels Excellent written and spoken English-language communication skills Programming (C/C++, Java, Scripting languages) Automotive quality standards (CMMI, SPICE)
