Automotive and Open Source Systems (Linux Mee Go, Android QNX, C/C++, Java Python, Perl). Analysis of the target platform and its software requirements Design and development of the test and verification strategy and concept Consulting with clients on test strategy, processes and tools Creation of test plans and test matrices, including prioritization of test cases Work effort estimation of product certification and validation efforts Test steering by means of standardized metrics Documentation and reporting of test results Management of teams responsible for the design, specification and implementation of manual and automated test environments and test cases Management of test execution, result analysis and defect reporting Innovation of new test strategies for advanced IVI software platforms

At least 5 years experience with typical automotive software test environments and processes Broad knowledge of the open source and proprietary test systems Experience in Linux SW test and verification. Design and development experience is a plus. ISTQB certification level is a plus.

Experience in test management, including steering of validation project teams Experience in establishing test environments, including developing test scripts Basic knowledge of Automotive and Open Source Operating Systems (Linux, MeeGo, Android, QNX) A well-organized team player and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel Confidence in client presentations, from technical up to senior management levels Programming skills in one or more of C/C++, Java, Python, Perl Excellent written and spoken English-language communication skills Relevant University Degree (BSc, MSc, Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Inf.) or equivalent qualification
