Mobile Devices Expert with strong experience required, to work on a project within a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland

Main Tasks:

Responsible for the 2nd to 3rd support of all mobile connection related issues based on iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows based Phones and Pads for an international operating company. The desire to learn new technology and to develop is decisive for the job as the entire environment in Mobility is constantly changing.

Support all types of mobile related problem escalations

Act as problem owner and ensure the successful solution of the problem

Interact with the several counterparts of the Competence Center in order to fulfil the project or solve the problem

Act as face/contact for the customer

Document tickets and solutions properly

Document necessary FAQ and fill knowledge bases

Use all available resources for the troubleshooting of a project

Work as a technical resource in mobility projects

Act as interface to the vendor - open cases and feature requests

Test mobile solutions and document them

Work on technical enhancement projects

Quality assurance

MANDATORY SKILLS

Pharma experience

Several years of support experience (L3)

Local presence in Basel is expected

Knowledge, skills and experience about Apple products (ipad, iphone and IOS) and/or Mobile Iron is a plus

Critical thinking and problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making, communication skills, delegation, team work, negotiation, conflict management, adaptability

All applicants must be eligible to work in Switzerland

Education and Experience

Qualification in ITIL

Several years of support experience (L3)

Very good communication skills (English mandatory, German is a plus)

Troubleshooting experience

Location: Basel - Switzerland

Duration: ASAP to 31.12.2012 (with option for extension)

Hourly rate: negotiable, please indicate preferred hourly rate on application
