Java Developer - J2EE, JBoss, Unix, Linux, SQL - Permanent - up to €60k - Amsterdam
A success and established English speaking organisation based in Amsterdam is looking for a Developer to join their Database team on a permanent basis. This team provides system and software development and maintenance for the company's database. The infrastructure is unix based and new software will be written in Java. The team uses the scrum methodology.
The successful Developer will need to have excellent Java skills and have worked with high performance J2EE Java applications. You will also need to be experienced with maintaining unix applications and working on a unix platform.
As this is working within the database team we require you to have strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Essential Skills:
4 years' software development experience (Java)
In-depth knowledge of software development processes and software architecture
Java Enterprise Edition and JBoss
UNIX, networking and Linux environments (Debian/CentOS)
Demonstrated successful participation in production grade Java-based solutions.
Excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Strong written and spoken English
