strong Red Hat experienced engineer, most recent work experience should be with a large RHEL environment (1000+ plus Servers). The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of hardware platforms including but not limited to Dell, HP, IBM both rackable and modular (blade technologies). With the following qualifications: Troubleshooting system performance issues, diagnosing problems, and correcting issues with technicians located in remote data centers around the world. Prepare comprehensive documentation Ensuring 24x7x365 operation. Outstanding troubleshooting ability. Stellar verbal and written communication skills. Must be willing or able to pass a technical screening.
